littlebyrdvintage sent me a little note with this challenge: choose one image that best describes your design style. while i don’t feel nearly grown up enough to have a design style of my very own, i have to say that i was enamored with the beautiful styling of this apartment featured on design*sponge a few months ago. i love the open space with a mixture of soft colors, organic materials, and a little something sparkly. something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. i know it’s supposed to be a guide for brides to be, but i think it works well in home design too!
{now, if it pleases them, i’d love to see what these girls choose: stickycandy; wunderbug; and thereadbaron…}

ohhhh dear.
this is gonna take some serious consideration.
i’m completely bipolar when it comes to choosing a style – sometimes i like sleek, sometimes i like the bohemian/middle eastern feel.. sometimes i like that india hicks look, sometimes i there’s nothing sexier than an old leather armchair with metal rivets for a study.

I just saw your post at decor8. I love this room! I am trying to buy one of those Berber wedding blankets that is on the bed. I have a friend here in Morocco that sells them. They are amazing!
