five little things that made my week.
1. tulips.
{because they were delivered with love by a dear friend. and they looked like jewels in the morning light}.
2. the ginko tree outside my office.
{because everyday it popped a brighter shade of green}.
3. coffee sugar scrub from sambuca.
{because it looks like sludge. and it hurts so good.}
4. our new little rolling pin.
{because wine bottles are fun. but this is better}.
5. a phone call with my dad.
{because sometimes you just need a dad. everybody knows it}.

Love that photo of you and your dad! Making my week: the brass-edged barometer in our kitchen, Christopher for taking out the recycling & making the bed.
The sound of 80 bunnies munching lettuce at the same time, lunch at my favourite noodle house, and learning that I don’t have to report my passport as lost. All of these things made my week!
