rosemary.

oh spring. how you evade me.

i really shouldn’t be complaining. there are daffodils blooming in my neighbor’s yard. but it’s still so cold around here. earlier in the winter, when i was really feeling the winter blues, i snipped rosemary sprigs from the herb garden outside of where i work, and lined my windowsills with little reminders of nature’s bounty. if you’re feeling blue, maybe a little green will cheer you up too!

{postscript: i take it back. the morning air was warm on my walk to work. and i saw the most beautiful cardinal outside my bedroom window before i left home. ah, spring.}
