five little things that made my week.Ā
1. these clogs.Ā
{and for two rain-free days to wear them on.}
2. this vanilla-colored scene.
{because sometimes you toss your sweater and turn around and see a little poetry.}
3. this fresh chamomile.
{because i mostly let it languish in my fridge, but not totally.}
4. these pots.
{newly planted with seeds. not sure they’ll get enough light, but we’re giving it a shot anyway.}
5. this purple scooter.
{because we found a sidewalk scooter with a tiny scribbled “for free” sign and replaced what was broken with purple, as requested. plus triangle decals.}
other things:
the children all dutifully returned from whatever dangerous thing they were doing.

Question, how do you like the clogs? I’ve been wanting a pair for awhile and might pull the trigger since this brand has a few nice styles! Also, their website says they have a wide fit, have you found that to be true? Thanks!
Love them! Can’t say I’ve noticed their width either way!
Try growing chamomile! In my experience it grows like a weed, even in very small containers, and then you can cut some when you want to use it and enjoy the flowers rest of the time.
I love your feed for it’s calm, monochrome look. But I’m so glad to know there is room for a purple scooter. Both in your real life and your online life.
I am obsessed with that forest kindergarten idea. Can we start a forest workplace?! Also, so pumped for sweet summertime. <3
We have the same scooter (a hand-me-down) and if my 4-year-old knew we could replace the colorful parts, it would soon be red from top to bottom. I love how little kids experiment (obsess) with favorite colors.
My little guy got that scooter when he turned 1 and still loves it now that he’s 4. š
Aw what a lovely post! I love this concept. And nothing gives me hope like seeing newly planted seeds, tbh. <3
I adore your blog, it looks so serene and lovely. Your content is so pleasing
You're welcome to visit mine, I'd love it if you stop by! Have a great week.
I have never been able to grow anything from a seed, I dont have anything close to a green thumb! Though I wish I did! Lovely photos š
