five little things that made my week.

2. this dried echinacea pod. {taken home from a little wildflower adventure last weekend.}
3. this tea tree oil.
{for steams. head cold, be gone.}
4. this kale.
{for brightening up my window box.}
5. these brussels sprouts.
{for being so falls’.}
other things:
bonbons.
vessels.
pancakes.
comfort.
things by me in other places:
the great debate.
coddled houseplants.
spooky.
root basket.
pumpkin soup.

Oh the pumpkins lately! So many cute ones. I love Fall.
I look forward to these posts every week, I don't know how you manage to make such everyday objects so interesting, but you do it everytime x
I like your piece about Halloween candy on The Neighborhood. What type of candy are you planning to hand out to kids this year? I agree that Halloween should be fun, but I live in a city with high obesity rates and I don't want to feel like I am contributing to the problem. Thanks!
I found some great lollipops from YummyEarth Organics at my local grocer. Pretty healthy (and tasty) as a pretty good option for the kiddos!
tea tree oil for head colds, truly?! i am excited to try. whats the ratio? just a few drops do the trick?
that kale is so beautiful! i want to start a window garden this winter – i'm inspired š

thanks so much for including Mazama in your "other things".
I love the personality in your pumpkin photograph. Your blog is a charming find–so glad I stumbled across its doorstep this morning.
