this weekend brought me lazy afternoons on the front porch. a delicious sandwich from a new little shop with the best bread in this whole city {finally}. the sweetest corn on the cob. iced tea. 98 degrees. a beach day. a sunburn. the merry wives of windsor, outside, with fireflies and tree frogs. and a late-night bike ride with the boy. what did your weekend bring you?

what fun….except for the sunburn….I seem to be a magnet for those and am still peeling from my last one! 🙂

I had a great weekend cleaning off my screened in porch and getting it ready for summer late dinners with the fam …..and planting flowers!

I love your porch adventures, Erin! We took our engagement photos and shopped for wedding bands and played in the park and ate pate sandwiches at a tiny French bakery. It's always over too soon!

Ouchy to the sunburn but the rest sounds great! I made my favourite dessert ever…Death by Toffee and relaxed with Don's family.
Hope your burn is healing and that you have a lovely Monday! xo

The tree frogs seem like the perfect accompaniment to an outdoor Shakespeare play. 🙂

My weekend brought me perfectly delectable scones, a yoga class that rocked my world, a new neighborhood discovery, and quality time spent with the boyfriend. I blogged about it yesterday. Monday has come MUCH too quickly.
