    It's one of those herbs that I never use the right way… being more hot-blooded and passionate with oregano and quick basil.

    In soup would be a perfect way to try to do it right I think.

    sage is such a great herb. when i moved this spring i left behind many plants including several sage. feeling sad now as winter comes and i've not harvested and dried them.

    Mmmmm … I want to find a way to use it in a cocktail – I should start googling now.

    I have it noted on my calendar that I need to harvest some sage when I'm home this weekend so that I'll be all set for Thanksgiving next week. Nothing beats my mom's clevelandia sage.

    I love its smell! Unfortunately, I'm allergic to the stuff that grows in the desert. Not sure if that's true with culinary sage.
