my week in objects (mostly).

December 18, 2015

five little things that made my week.

1. this drop-dead gorgeous yarn.yarn_reading_my_tea_leaves_IMG_1725{because having a magical general store within walking distance is no small luxury.}

2. this book on my nightstand.
brooklyn_reading_my_tea_leaves_IMG_1732{because i can’t go to the movie without reading the book.}

3. these pencil scratches.

5. these black berries.

    Our book club is reading Brooklyn. Just purchased. Have seen the movie twice (w/husband & again w/girlfriend). Sweet movie.

    You should definitely road trip up to Delaware County – my hometown. Swing through Downsville and say ‘hey’ to the cows for me!

      I dunno, I think in terms of yarn, it is pretty exceptional yarn! But I’m no yarn connoisseur…

    Erin, I am new to your blog in the past month or so. It is such a beautiful blog; so inspiring! Often I finish reading and feel such contentment and refreshed in spirit. I appreciate your focus on the *really* good things in life: family, love, real food, quality products — living an intentional life. Thank you for all your work. It is very appreciated.

    Oh, I am in love with that yarn, both Madelinetosh and that amazing color! Please, would you share what color it is?
