So fun to see nooch explained. As a vegan it’s a go to seasoning. I eat a bowl of nooch coated popcorn at least once a week.

I always enjoy your reflections and gratitudes you share with us. So approximately when you posted this, I solidified my plans to move from the east coast to the Bay Area. I recently decided to try the What to Drink Club per your link, and I could not recommend them more highly. Joe and Celia are incredible people with wonderful taste in wine. Thank you for sparking a sense of community amidst a long-distance move during a pandemic!
