my weekend brought me a very sweet treat from james. the farmer’s market with friends. a trip to lou’s flower patch to find some succulents. a swim in the river. a potluck of goodies from different kitchens. more watermelon. colorful cole slaw. and fireworks. what did your weekend bring you?

lots of time outdoors and we finally saw the movie 'twilight' and can't stop talking about. glad you had a good one.

a long walk on the beach…we met a little beagle…she looked like a puppy, but she was 6 years old. i guess she just decided to stay tiny and cute and never really grow up–something to consider.
