we had all the sun and sand and new england accents a girl could ask for. we got too tan, ate too much seafood, picked blackberries until our fingertips hurt, and gave terrible instructions to the one person we were brave enough to ask to take our photo together. i’m not an expert on these things, but i’m pretty sure that’s how honeymoons are supposed to go. thanks for indulging me in yet another romantic post. we’re still all a flutter over here.

Wow, contragulations on the honeymoons and marriage. It's a helluva ride (we've been married 24). We had a similar kind of low key honeymoon at my sister's camp in maine. looks wonderful and your shots are fabulous. honkin' blackberries!

My family has been going to BI every summer for years – it's a beautiful place to make memories! Congratulations!
My husband and I honeymooned in North Carolina and visited Grandfather Mountain. The only picture of the two of us on its Mile High Bridge is blurry and was taken by a sweet older lady who turned out to be very, shall I say, Appalachian. As she handed the camera back to me she said, "Well, I mashed it!" Mashed it, indeed.
