a few weeks ago, a dear friend sent me a little note advising greek yogurt with honey as a simple pleasure for those desperate hours of writing with a deadline.

oh yes, she is very wise. i think i will have some tonight with a bit of honey & granola for some crunch.

i actually learnt of this 'treat' in greece by eating it for breakfast every morning. i sometimes sprinkle muesli and chop banana into mine for lunch. amazing! love your blog, always enjoy your photos.
