{because it is earl grey with cornflowers and vanilla bean. and so good}.

{because it is finally all red}.

{because it made hauling my computer back and forth to the archive much less painful}.
4. these gingerbread cookies.gingerbread
{because my mom baked them on a little last-minute weekend visit home. and they were so, so good}.

    I really like the poster! Those little cookie balls, all rolled up and ready to go, are adorable.

    My week was made by this fantastic embroidery I just saw. A mother translates her little daughter's design into embroidery–it's just fantastic!

    you take beautiful photos-especially that red tree. also was curious about what kind of degree you're getting that takes you into the archives… just looked it up and it sounds amazing! almost wish I had seen it when i was looking.

    we found the tea at wholefoods–also here:

    very good and very pretty. and, i'll see what i can do about a recipe for the gingerbread!
