one day this past fall james and i took a drive down to newport. when we arrived there i realized i had left home without the battery in my camera. we decided to make a quick stop to a local pharmacy and buy a disposable film camera.
i just developed the roll and i love the colors of brooding sky and churning water. a little reminder of the sea while i’m stuck at my desk.
What a nice old fashioned surprise, developing film. 🙂
ohhh so pretty. i love film too.
these are beautiful! it's fun how a small mistake could turn into getting to see things from a different (non-digital) perspective.
Love it! I also like how they are hanging. So simple and so beautiful!
Oh my, these are so beautiful!
I can't believe a disposable camera took those!
So pretty! I miss summer. Newport is pretty gorgeous too!
Those shots are beautiful! I absolutely love how you've displayed them. I miss the days of disposable cameras – it was always so exciting when you went to pick up your pictures!

Oh so gorgeous and oh so making me miss living by the ocean. xo
wow those are amazing for being from a disposable camera!
ohhh i had the best time catching up on your blog today, between these snapshots and the sleigh ride, you made me smile 🙂 these turned out so pretty for the disposable camera!
Goes to show that the credit goes to the photographer and not the camera..
That is a pretty awesome sky.
Wow, the pictures look beautiful!
Would love to see more!
Have a nice weekend, viele Gruesse, Kristina
