we have a new milk frother. it is about the fanciest thing we own. i’ve become a frothing queen, even taken to frothing the milk i add to my afternoon cup of earl grey. sprinkled with vanilla sugar, it comes close to being perfect.

oh my goodness, this post is perfection! love the photos, as always. and now i must get myself one of those frothers. š
I don't even drink milk and this looks delectable!! I've been having maple sugar lately and I think that would be tasty too!!
Your photos are beautiful! A friend gave us a frother about a month or two ago and I am hooked as well! It makes coffee better–just feels a little bit more decadent. But I haven't used it with tea—thanks for the inspiration. Ill be trying it this afternoon!
Oh yum, I love frothy coffees. Nothing beats a good mug of cappuccino on a rainy day!
mmm pretty much nothing beats a london fog (especially a homemade one) on a chilly day.
mhh that looks so delicious! I want one cup! Please! xXx
Gorgeous photos; I especially love the pretty sparkle of the vanilla sugar. I have been contemplating a frother, and I think I'll take this post as a clear indication that one is definitely in order.
this looks so tempting. would you mind me, coming over for a cup just now?
Frothed milk + earl grey + vanilla sugar? That sounds like the loveliest afternoon treat maybe ever.
beautiful photos! frothed milk just makes sense.
Oh Erin you are KILLING me. Just trudged through the snow for way too long and now all I want in this world is one of your lovely cups of frothy goodness.
p.s. about to email you.

Yum. {drooling at my desk}

wow – this sounds like the most delicious thing ever. i have a deep love and affection for coffee and tea (and making them both), so i will certainly have to look into this frother for myself.
ps love your blog! š
Mmmm … that makes me jealous and I'm not even a big fan of froth! I like it in theory, in aesthetics, less in taste.
yum! I so want one right now!
oooh, i'm hoping to get a frother for my birthday!
That is an incredibly delicious looking drink… Mmmmmm.
Hi Erin,
Thanks for dropping by my blog. I'm just been looking through your archives and enjoying your beautiful photography. Of course, I love your week in objects posts as well! We need more stuff like this in blogland and less shopping, shopping, shopping don't you think?
great photos!
Oh, sounds like such a nice thing to have with tea, frothed milk. Yum.

That's a great froth! I have to make due with a whisk, haha.
Looks delicious! Perfect photos, especially the last! What type of milk frother?
I love frothed milk! I'm a steamer addict, and I would love to have this for my chai, I don't drink coffee.
meg: what is a london fog? earl grey with steamed milk? how fancy!
emma: i agree utterly. of course. having said that, if you're all itching to get a frother of your very own, ours is a bodum. link in the post.
xo.
Wow that looks delicious! With the vanilla sugar and everything, so fancy!
Lovely photos! YUM!
I always used to use the little Ikea frother earlier, but now the milk I use froths up itself and creates the perfect layer!
i adore your blog!
gorgeous photos on your blog! I am snowed in today so I could definitely use a cup a nicely frothed latte right now!
a milk frother just moved to the top of my "must purchase soon" list…. thanks š
The bodum link shows several frothers. Which one do you recommend?
Froth and vanilla sugar…. YES. What a great idea! Do you make your own vanilla sugar, or is there a brand you recommend? Sounds delicious!
