this weekend, some rare time off to enjoy the wedding of a friend and a luxurious sunday stroll through our new neighborhood. in the late afternoon we popped into stinky bklyn to taste their selection of stinky goodness and came home with an aged gouda and a delightfully crystalized prairie breeze cheddar. just what we needed.
Sounds like a lovely wknd. Are we to assume that a prairie breeze smells like cheddar or often just smells like cheddar? Just wondering…
Nothing says 'good friend' better than conversation over stinky cheeses 🙂
finally watched king corn over the weekend. GREAT GREAT film.
aged gouda is my favorite 🙂
I've been seeking out a good cheese blog… or even a cheese and wine pairing blog, lately. So far, no cigar.
Stinky cheese is always the best kind…great post title!
