When my friend Tim asked if we’d be around on the second weekend of October, and when the answer was yes, we found ourselves all lined up for a little family photo shoot, professional style. I’ll admit that it’s a little funny to us on the other side of a camera—all soft-filtered and the center of attention. But what a total treat it is to have shots of the whole family. Faye turned 5 months old yesterday and I’m so very glad to have these shots of her in all of her fuzzy-chick hair, finger-sucking glory. Time flies, etc. Tim and his wife, Laura, are the genius photographers behind Lightworks360. The fact that they were able to capture so many beautiful shots of our family where my face is not scrunched in a million different directions is a testament to their talent. If you have a little shoot of your own that needs doing, send them a note.
