{because what’s better than a door that opens in half?}
{brought to me by our neighbor for the next few weeks.}
{and the lilacs. because, late spring.}
{because, brittany.}
{because even though i cheated and used whipped cream for this tart, no one minded one bit.}

Half and half doors… That’s something that would have come in handy instead of the full door leading from grandma’s kitchen to garden. Also, strawberry season ahead!! 🙂 I am so looking forward to our own. They’re still small and green, but soon!
Gorgeous pictures of you on the Elizabeth Suzann site. I’m enjoying armchair travelling with you through France.
Love Dutch Doors and Rumors. I find Harry Chapin to be pleasing as well – if you don’t already listen. 🙂
Wow. Looks like you are having a wonderful stay. Love the half door!
I love the woven slides you’re wearing in one of the photos that accompanies the interview. Where are they from, if you don’t mind me asking?
They’re Mohinders!
Loving your trip photos. So much beauty. And thanks for pointing us to that article on accidents happening. So wise.
Comme la Bretagne me manque ! Quelle incroyable chance vous avez !
Enjoy every bit of it and don’t forget to grab a piece of Kouign Amann pour un goûter de jour pluvieux (this will happen even in Finistère Sud !!) Bisous.
You are livin’ the life, girl!
Love the half door!
