my week in objects (mostly).

five little things that made my week.Ā 

1. this new notebook.
{because i’m shifting a habit; new stationery supplies help.}

2. this red scarf.
{counter air-conditioning tactic 101.}

3. these tapes.

{for being at my desk when i needed them to be.}

4. these headphones.
{for commute podcasts.}

5. this cheery desk lunch.
{because sometimes you just need a little red in your day.}

other things:

i can’t overstate it: required listening.

wildflower liberty league. (pre-orders coming soon.)

in hope of better sleep.

leave the durham memorial on the ground.

breakfast, lunch, dinner…life.

talking to kids about what happened in charlottesville.

it’s nat’l bee day tomorrow: the best honey.

    If you don’t mind my asking, what habit are you trying to shift with a new notebook?

    I love the Durham memorial article! I agree; leave it there as a reminder of what we have/are working to overcome as a nation.
