Maybe this is a silly question but where do you buy/did you make your play silks?

What a fascinating thread on Sheila Minor. I love that stuff. As a woman in science currently working in a very male-dominated company, it’s lovely to see this kind of effort paid towards identifying woman’s presence and contributions. Thanks for sharing!

Those daffodils are sunshine on a cloudy day! What silks do your kids play with? I love those earthtones.

Where did you get the basket holding the wood letter blocks in the last photo?

    • Reply ERIN BOYLE March 16, 2018 at 3:10 pm

I got it locally at Acorn Toy Shop!

Erin could you let me know where the wooden letters come from? I’ve been trying to find a nice set online but each one is either too small or has terrible reviews. Thank you!

Oh my gosh, that Twitter thread! What a delight. Thank you so much for sharing. I got overly excited when I saw my daughter’s university mentioned (U of Montana)

I read that piece on COJ yesterday, whew. Her book is on my to read list. Somewhere in the comments there’s a great link to a piece the author wrote for the nyt about prosperity gospel (https://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/14/opinion/sunday/death-the-prosperity-gospel-and-me.html) it’s a must read. Why so many of us insist on “God has a plan” and “there’s a reason for everything,” hint: she doesn’t believe that. Neither do I. But I used to and it’s pretty insidious. Anyway, thanks for the roundup, brilliant as always!

Also, wondering where you purchased the toy blocks from. Thanks! 🙂
