my week in objects (mostly).

October 4, 2019

1. this little pumpkin.

small orange pumpkin

{for getting carried home in a backpack from grammy and grandpa’s house.}

2. this tank.

maternity tank top

{for saving me as i hit the awkward stage with a belly that’s not so big and not so small.}

3. these apples.

bowl of apples

{for being crunchy, and tart, and sweet.}

4. this tiny bottle of rubbing alcohol.

 rubbing alcohol

{because it’s more than a decade old and long-since expired, but this week it helped me take the painted label off a glass jar.}

5. this beeswax tealight.

beeswax tea light

{and a few others i tucked away late last winter knowing i’d need them come fall.}

other things:

an industry’s attempt to blame the consumer.

fastest i’ve ever subscribed to anything.

the toll of me too.

a new kind of climate leadership.

getting real?

it only took a war…to make it happen.

the selfie line.

to make.

so sad to bid adieu to of a kind but so looking forward to whatever comes next.
