1. this honeydew.
{especially that color.}
2. this crib.
{and our very nearly six-month-old for still sleeping in it.}
3. this hummus.
{because sometimes lunch means standing in the kitchen, staring into space, scooping hummus with a pita directly from tub to mouth.}
4. these jellies.
{for being the best i-got-caught-in-a-summer-downpour sandal out there.}
5. this strap.
{good for slinging boards over the backs of strollers (or shoulders) or anything else.}

society will call it a choice, when in reality, it’s a failure of the system.

How I love Katie Porter!
Me too! This was my first introduction. Asking for Equifax’s SS# so brilliant. I’ll be cheering her on.
I was very much looking forward to Nice White Parents, but I don’t have the energy now. Hoping to listen soon though.
Thanks, Erin! Good luck on the living situation.
Loved all the articles you posted, thank you Erin. And yeah, Katie Porter wow!
The Nice White Parents podcast is SO good, thanks for sharing!
We were tiny apartment dwellers when our son was born, so we went with a mini crib. Our son is now 13 months old and we live in a house, but he is still quite comfortable in his mini crib. We think it will last him until he is ready for a bed!
I actually made my own hummus for the first time this week, and it was so tasty! I need to continue making it to reduce the waste from the plastic tubs 🙂 Great photos!
