i’m super excited about the new project being hosted by the ever-fabulous design for mankind! the question the project asks is this: “if home is where the heart is, where is yours?” they’ll collect submissions of sentences and images that define home in an effort to create a “visual exploration of the concept of ‘home’ across continents, oceans, and neighborhoods.”
honestly, it’s so right up my alley i can barely stand it. i’m thinking it might be just the project for me to work on right now as i move to a new apartment, in a new city, in a new state, in new corner of the country. what is home, anyway? but i better jump on it soon before the start of the school year zaps all of my extra time! {and even if packing and moving gets in the way of my own creative surge, i’m pumped to see what everyone else comes up with}!
