this weekend brought me the most beautifully crafted glass set sent with love from my sister, cait. a new found appreciation of the art of needlepoint. the beginning of a secret wedding present for james’s sister. trying to get my hair to look like joanna’s gorgeous locks. getting a strained neck as a result. loving my messy rendition of it anyway. lots of work at the restaurant. and lots of work for cait. not exactly a restful weekend. very excited to leave on a wedding extravaganza/apartment hunting trip on tuesday. what did your weekend bring you?

I love your pretty glass…..so sweet! I hope your trip and apartment hunting goes well!! xo
what a beautiful glass set, and those salads look very yummy. busy weekends are the best, even though they're a bit exhausting.
mine was full of long, lazy brunches, sightseeing in my own city, dining out, and concerts.
Gorgeous glass set. Your hair would look so pretty like that. I need to grow mine out a tinge longer.
Wishing you the best on the apartment hunt. xoxo
Your weekend sounds just perfect, Erin:) I loved Joanna's hair photos, too!
can you tell us more about the glass set? looks pretty and i'm on the lookout for some new kitchenwares. thanks!
I can imagine that 'do suits you very well! And that glass set, oh so pretty.
gorgeous glass wear and your food looks good too!
This weekend brought me a long lazy day with Chris and a quiet day on my own. My solo day was spent writing, reading Virginia Woolf's Between the Acts, and enjoying a peaceful early dinner by myself at Piccolo Teatro di Sausalito Osteria and Bar–a perfect braised pork panini (the best ciabatta!) accompanied by a generous mound of lightly dressed fresh fresh fresh greens and a cold glass of Anchor Steam.
Did you master Joanna's hair? I love that look!
My weekend was filled with sunshine, pink balloons, and jazz by the Bay!
your photo is just perfect. love the glasses. i love her hair, too. you'll do it, but its hard to do on yourself. we found a new park and went to the coolest supermarket this weekend.
What a splendid weekend (and a lovely photo too)! I hope you have a wonderful trip this week filled with fantastic memories!
this is such a lovely photograph and that glass set will make a great addition to your table, i'm sure. you have a great blog…would you like to trade links?
