five little things that made my week.
1. this little scene.
{because it’s much more crowded than i normally go in for, but for some reason i’m liking it.}
2. these mandarins.
{for much needed bursts of sunshine.}
3. this new spot for the fern.
{which shockingly survived Christmas Neglect Week 2013.}
4. this tiny elastic.
{for keeping my pants’ button closed. yes, it’s come to this}.
5. this tee.
{because i’ve worn it three times this week alone. and it’s perfect for covering tiny bumps, etc (still available in solid colors, here).}
other things:
to the (frozen) lighthouse.
oh, dear.
bubbles!
care for a swim?
looking forward to this.
things by me in other places:
a refreshing simmer pot.
expert advice.
plants on the job.
lazy woman’s living wall.

So I am going to go buy a fern and place it on top of my medicine cabinet after work. Love the pot. Also #5 pic: Super Cute!
I love these posts so much, and am realizing that my home has no greenery…and that it desperately needs it.
Break down and get the maternity jeans babe!! They are SO much comfier. I was wearing nothing but leggings or dresses with tights for a while, and when I finally decided to go for it I was so much happier! Gap's are surprisingly great and sooo affordable, as are all J.Crew's maternity pants.
January = paperwhites and hyacinths everywhere inside the house
Happy weekend x
#4 and #5=love it!!! : ))))
I love how simplistic these photos are! xo

mandarins… yum-o!
Hooray for your growing bump! Love the first photo as well…simple and beautiful.
Awe, this post reminded me of my early pregnancy days! The belly band became my best friend after hair ties no longer worked. Your little bump is so cute!

every time i see that radio i'm just like "ahhhhh hello gorgeous"
elastics are lifesavers – i'm going on seven months & still wearing regular jeans š and i agree with picklesandchapstick… once the zipper no longer zips whatsoever, a belly band is a must.
I love love love your pregnancy photo collection. I've never seen pregnancy portrayed so beautifully, and it brought tears to my eyes. It's always bothered me that something so fundamentally feminine and wonderful would be dismissed as shameful and gross by so many people, both men and women. Thank you for turning a light of beauty on it.
The Tivoli is the best!
