five little things that made my week.
1. this heart cookie.
{because i know that there have been a lot hearts around here lately. but this is the last one. and it was yummy}.
2. these crackers.
{because i had a pretty nasty virus this week, and sometimes, you just want the same thing you ate when you were little. and sick}.
3. this forsythia.
{because i knew it would not forsake me}.
4. this new yarn.
{because it’s about the only thing that’s preventing me from throwing a temper tantrum over it still being winter}.
5. these flowers.
{because february in rhode island is bleak, friends}.

Rhode Island is so bleak in winter! And now it's windy outside…spring can't come soon enough.
lovely photos, as usual. My week was made by an impromptu shopping trip with some girlfriends and the acquisition of two new striped long-sleeved tees. Haven't bought much clothing in awhile and now I'm tempted to clean out my whole closet and do a massive overhaul.
