I've never heard of heating muffins up that way. I always just put mine in the microwave. How long do you heat them for in the pan, and at how high a heat?

I've started to wear socks around my place too. It's wonderful having an excuse to get all comfy. I love al your close up pics =) Another reason I love Fall is because everyone is taking awesome cozy pictures to get me in the mood!

I'm in the middle of reading 'The Happiness Project' and I truly love it! I've been reading it with my journal on hand to jot down notes! Amen on the socks, I love the nip in the air!

That soap actually looks like a baked good! And I've heard that that book The Happiness Project is pretty good. I read the author's blog a while ago and I agreed with a lot of what she wrote.

Mmmmm! Oregano is exquisite, and so is a lovely scented new bar of soap! 🙂

Erin, funny enough – shortly after I finished that same article, I pulled up a favorite blog of mine : yours. This is one of the places I return to again and again as having authenticity, and inspiring me to live simpler and with more quality – and not engaged in the race that can be tempting out there in blogland.

have your read this article from NPR? The connection between an uncertain world and the return to "craft" artforms really struck a cord with me : http://wcbe.org/post/are-all-young-artists-post-911-artists. I think some of the same sentiment is what inspires the "revival of domesticity" (even though that phrase is so value loaded, I almost didn't type it!)
