my week in objects (mostly).

January 31, 2014

five little things that made my week.

1. these hyacinths.
hyacinth {they didn’t so much make my week as define my week in all of their redolent beauty.}

2. these pot holders.
potholders {for not being too heavy for hanging from the fridge.}

3. this salad spinner.
salad spinner {for providing hours of fun to my favorite one year old.}

4. this tiny flower pot.
tiny flower pot {because it was such a sweet gift from katherine}.

5. these leggings.
leggings {for being the comfiest. eagerly awaiting a pair of these, too.}

other things:
heart bursts for pete.
this missed connection.
this slouchy cardigan. worn all week.
taking tutorials to task.
historic photo attribution vitriol.
this soak series. (thanks to briar for introducing me to it).
rose hydrosol for winter refreshment.
new england’s prettiest greenhouse.

things by me on other places:
the most delicious bath soak you’ve never made.
a cozy visit to marble & milkweed.

    Lovely post and links as always. So bummed I did not know about the Storq clothing shop while I was pregnant. That was all I wanted to wear was the basics those last 4 months of pregnancy. Well now I know about it for next time! How are things going with little bump and all?

    Take Care Erin!

    You would absolutely love the Biltmore Estate… That is, if you ever get a chance to visit Asheville, NC. We frequently fly there and take a step back in time. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! http://www.biltmore.com/visit/biltmore-house-gardens/gardens-grounds
