Those shoes! I currently don’t leave the apartment much with a newborn in the middle of winter and all, but wow, those might encourage me to get dressed and out!

Congratulations on your book! I have yet to buy it but will be treating myself soon! Reading the pregnancy loss cards (heart-breaking yet perfect) led me to Ann Friedman’s website, which enticed me to read almost all of her pie charts and laugh out loud at the reality and truth of them all! Thank you always for your posts!

Are the Nisolos comfortable? I’ve always wondered!

yeah, i’m really loving them. they’re high heels, so they’re not 100% *comfy* per se, but they’re still great.

That glass storage container is lovely. Do you mind sharing the brand? I use glass, but find it difficult to find containers with glass lids. Thank you!

ah, don’t recall the name of this one, but the lid is indeed plastic.

I noticed that hanging laundry in the bedroom shut down the humidifier. Now I put 3 cups of water on a beach towel and hang it in the bedroom. Much more productive than evaporation from a pot of water. And I hang the small stuff on the laundry rack in the bedroom when I do laundry.
