I’m curious about the wool sneakers. Do you own some? Could you tell me more about them?

    • Reply Erin Boyle March 25, 2016 at 2:00 pm

I do own them! They’re super comfortable and have been really thoughtfully designed. You can read more about them here!

We potty trained at the beginning of the year when my son was 27 months old. We would have done it earlier but I had a newborn (now 7 months). It was SO much easier than I expected. Apart from a few days of fearing going #2 on the toilet, he did great. And I can count on one hand the number of accidents he’s had since that first week. We did do the treat route, which I’ll avoid next time. Good luck Faye!

Love the wool sneakers. Also, the photo from your book made me wonder. How do you clean your market basket, since I see you put unwrapped produce in it? I’ve only ever put unwrapped produce in a washable cotton bag.

oh, gosh. i put just about everything in this basket, but i don’t wash it! no harm done so far.

Erin – I just finished reading Simple Matters and feel so inspired. I’ve already started making some changes around our home. Thank you for writing such a beautiful and thoughtful book!

Oh I have been searching and searching for the perfect robe and look at these on the Domi shop! They’re gorgeous.

Great link to the NYTimes yeast article! My husband and I have been considering starting our own for a while now so this came at the perfect time!

man, gotta get me a sourdough starter! we’ve made kombucha for awhile there and we get weirdly attached to the “organ,” we call it. actually I guess it’s called a SCOBY? still, definitely takes a lot of care! haha. and breakup showers should definitely be a thing, ugh!

Love the break up registry. After I got divorced, I took most of the housewares and moved back in with my parents and daughter. Once I bought my new house, I had all the items I needed but, well – they were all from my previous life. I’ve been doing well with disassociating memories (it’s 5 years and one new marriage later) but, sometimes it’s still weird…

I am so in love with your blog! It is so inspiring for me, not only in the way you live your life but also the way you write about it and document it. I just started a blog myself and am always looking for inspiration and ideas.

    Thanks for sharing!

I’m curious about the basket. I saw it on many pictures. Could you tell me more about it?
