five little things that made my week.
1. these stockings.
{hung on the headboard with care.}
2. this ginger family.
{made on a quiet morning. ready for frosting on a more raucous one.}
3. this pile of boxes.
{ready to get sent off. later is better than never.}
4. these heels.
{i felt like i needed something festive. these fit the bill.}
5. this collection.
{squirreled away and ready for wrapping.}
other things:
this year, the turkey won’t burn, our family won’t fight, we’ll all get exactly what we want.
I’ll be taking a few days to spend the holidays with my family. Wishing you all a cozy and warm solstice. Here’s to lots more light in the days ahead. See you back here soon, and thank you, as ever, for choosing to spend some time in this spot.
