my week in objects (mostly).

September 18, 2015

five little things that made my week.

1. this new hat.
brookes boswell hat {because it was the kindest gift from brookes. and because the weather for cool enough to wear it. at least for a day.}

2. this candle.
candle {and the other one. because it’s finally cooled off enough to light them at night.}

3. this beautiful book.
home {because sometimes it’s nice to have a little make-believe come true.}

4. this toothpaste.
toothpaste {because sometimes buying for the packaging pays off.}

5. this new solution for holding matches, etc.
matches {because sometimes a clear glass jar doesn’t cut it.}

other things:
chicken chow found.
raw magic.
big magic.
i’d spend weekends here, too.
life on vacation mode.
every celebrity interview.
shades of blue!
inching toward beanie season.
made in california with love.

PS. Speaking of blue: there are five gallons of paint in the color of your choice ready for the taking! Enter the giveaway before Monday night! Good luck!

    Hi, just wanted to say how much I like your blog and thanks for the post about living without ac from a few weeks ago. I am so impressed that you and your family manage without ac in the NYC summers!
